5 of 5 Comparison with Jarrow product April 5, 2019
Reviewer: Maximilian Kohler from United States
I bought these to compare with Jarrow's S. Boulardii, which contains MOS.

I wanted to see if the benefits I was getting from the Jarrow's product could have been from the MOS.

Jarrow's gives me a variety of benefits (I have IBS-D and CFS), but this pure MOS product seems to act like a prebiotic, and thus harms me, similar to my experiences with other prebiotics.

I guess the amount of MOS in Jarrow's must not be enough to do harm.
