Shipping and Delivery



Shipping Method
IFSMED ships via USPS Priority or First Class mail depending on weight and location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat fee of $5.30 for domestic deliveries and $16 for international deliveries.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Once the package leaves the US, the USPS no longer tracks the package.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We regret that we are unable to ship to more than one shipping address at this time. We suggest that you place multiple orders for items that you would like shipped to more than one address.

You will always be notified via email when your product ships. Please calculate expected time of receipt from the date that you receive the shipping notification email.

Additional Fee Delivery
Occasionally our delivery agents will require an additional fee from you if you require additional services upon delivery. An example would be if your product was being delivered over the threshold and you required the delivery agent to bring your product up a flight of stairs.

Lost Orders
To track your order, refer to the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email. Enter the tracking number on the Web site of the United States Postal Service.


Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you wish to return items you have ordered, please contact us. To maintain the quality and purity of products we provide, we can only accept returns on unopened bottles within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept supplements in open bottles or jars.

Call us at 855-825-3437 or email info@glutenfreeremedies.com to inform us that you are returning your merchandise. Our hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Send us your product along with the words "product return".

You may contact us for a return shipping label. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Please allow at least 1 week to see the refund appear on your monthly credit card statement.

*Note: Shipping costs are not refundable, however any sales tax charged on the purchase of the product will be refunded.

We guarantee the purity and potency of our supplements. However, by law, we cannot guarantee any health claims or imply cure from use of any formulation.
